A rhythmic flowing massage to relax and revive tired stressed muscles and ease joint pain. Using gliding, kneading, cupping, rolling and compression strokes, alongside passive and assisted stretching techniques; helps to keep ligaments and tendons supple and increase range of motion. Blood circulation and lymph flow are increased helping the body's tissues to receive adequate nutrition and naturally flush out any build up of waste products. This style of massage can be beneficial pre and post exercise.
Treatments are customised to your preference. Firm or light pressure with more time allocated to areas you wish to focus.
Throughout the treatment you will be covered with sheeting, towels and blankets. Only the area that is being massaged will be exposed. Your head and limbs will be supported with pillows and bolsters. Your comfort throughout the treatment is our priority.

This technique focuses on areas of chronic muscle tension with slow strokes and direct, deep pressure applied using thumbs, fingers, hands, and forearms along and across the muscle grain. Combined with passive and assisted stretching, deep tissue methods help to break up scar tissue, release deep-seated muscular tension, and improve flexibility and circulation. The addition of stretching allows muscles to lengthen and relax, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the treatment and helping to restore natural movement.
Deep Tissue Massage is ideal for individuals experiencing chronic pain, restricted movement, or high levels of stress. It’s especially beneficial for athletes, people with physically demanding jobs, or anyone looking to alleviate deep-rooted muscle tightness and discomfort.
Some soreness or tenderness in treated areas is common during the massage and may last for a day or two afterward, often described as mild discomfort.
Throughout the session, pressure is adjusted in response to your body’s feedback, the area being worked on, and your comfort level. You’ll also be encouraged to communicate openly during the treatment to ensure you receive the maximum benefit from the massage.

This deeply relaxing treatment is designed to calm a busy mind, reduce stress, and ease anxiety. Tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and preferences, the Thermal Stone Fusion massage combines smooth, heated basalt stones with various holistic massage techniques. As the therapist holds the warmed stones, they deliver gentle yet effective heat that allows for deeper muscle work with less pressure and minimal discomfort.
Throughout the treatment, the soothing rhythm of alternating stone and hands-on massage relieves muscle tension and joint pain while promoting a profound sense of relaxation. Warm basalt stones are also placed on key points of the body to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
The basalt stones, typically sourced from riverbeds, are ideal for retaining heat due to their rich iron content. For areas experiencing inflammation or swelling, cool marble stones may be introduced, providing relief and stimulating lymphatic drainage as a natural decongestant for the body.

The origins of reflexology in natural health care trace back over 5,000 years to ancient China, India, and Egypt. This deeply relaxing, non-invasive therapy is based on the principle that the body’s organs and structures are mirrored on the soles of the feet.
Reflexology follows a simple theory: when the body is in balance, its vital life force flows freely through its systems and structures. However, when the body experiences dis-ease, this energy flow may become blocked, often presenting as stiffness, weakness, or pain.
A reflexology session aims to reactivate the natural flow of energy through more than 7,000 nerve endings on the soles of the feet. Techniques like kneading, pressing, friction, holding, and pulsing are applied to specific areas of the feet and lower legs to encourage the body to rebalance itself. This process induces a sense of calm and fosters overall well-being.
While reflexology doesn’t diagnose or treat specific illnesses, it can effectively help reduce stress and tension and may relieve symptoms associated with headaches, migraines, sinus issues, digestive discomfort, and hormonal imbalances.
During the treatment, you’ll lie on a comfortable therapy couch, with the backrest flat or inclined as you prefer. You remain fully clothed, removing only shoes and socks, with pillows provided for support under your head, back, and knees.
Please note: Reflexology cannot be performed on feet affected by conditions such as athlete’s foot, verrucas, or other contagious skin issues.
New treatment coming soon.
