Payment
Payment of the full treatment value is required to confirm your booking and reserve your appointment time. Appointments that have not been prepaid are deemed unconfirmed and as such may be cancelled and offered to another client. Payments made may be transferred onto a future booking providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided (see our cancellation/rescheduling policy)
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, cancelled appointment slots can be difficult to fill when little notice is given. We therefore ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible, as soon as you are made aware that you are unable to attend your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% fee of the total appointment cost if we are unable to fill the booking. Appointments that are a ‘No Show’ where the client fails to attend and no prior notice is given will be subject to a charge equivalent to 100% of the value of the missed appointment.
Feeling Unwell?
If you are feeling unwell, have a cold, flu, throat infection or experiencing nausea/vomiting and/or episodes of diarrhoea. If you have had a positive covid test or have been in contact with somebody in the last 72 hours that has tested positive for Covid please contact me asap to rearrange your appointment. The more notice I receive the easier it will be for me to try and fill your appointment. If you have any other symptoms and are unsure as to whether it is safe for you to attend your appointment, please contact me to discuss.
Venue
I currently work from Bellenden Therapies, 147a Bellenden Road, London SE15 4DH
The therapy rooms are located on the 1st Floor above Bellenden Florist, the entrance is the door to the left of the florist, when facing the building. Please press the buzzer, on entering please proceed up the staircase to the waiting room which is straight ahead of you. Take a seat and your therapist will come to collect you at your appointment time. Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. There is limited seating for clients to wait.
DO’s and DON’Ts PRIOR TO YOUR MASSAGE
DO make sure you have notified your therapist of any medical condition, medications, recent surgeries and/or broken bones in last 12 months, and of any allergies or sensitivities upon booking your appointment or, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are uncomfortable disclosing personal information via email we can arrange an initial consultation via telephone. We can then discuss any existing conditions, injuries, medications and/or allergies ensuring that we can provide a safe environment for your treatment.
DO eat a light meal no earlier than 1 hour prior to treatment . Heavier meals should be eaten at least 2 hours prior to your treatment.
DO drink plenty of fluids, water is the best prior to, and after your treatment.
DO bring any medications with you that you may/may not need, such as blood sugar monitors, pills, sprays, inhalers, epi pen.
DO bring contact lenses holder and/or spare single use contact lenses if you wear them. It is advisable to remove prior to treatment.
DO NOT consume any alcohol within 14 hours prior to your appointment.
We are unable to treat clients that are under the influence of alcohol and/or recreational drugs.
RUNNING LATE / DELAYED
If you are running late for your appointment time, please notify us immediately by calling/texting

We will do our best to try and accommodate a late arrival, please note that your treatment time may need to be shortened in line with your late arrival if we are fully booked.
